Caleb Poer is a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to community engagement and a passion for creating positive change. Holding a bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications, Caleb's list of accomplishments and experiences demonstrate his drive to make a difference. He also served as a
commissioner on the City of Bloomington's Commission on the Status of Black Males in 2023, actively advocating on behalf of Bloomington’s black community.

His dedication to artistry is evident through being awarded the Emerging Artist's Grant from the City of Bloomington. Additionally, Caleb's involvement as a volunteer at the historic IFell Building, where he assists with gallery operations and lends his expertise in design and social media, highlights his commitment to supporting local organizations. Caleb was honored with the "Outstanding Black Male Leader of Tomorrow" award in 2017, acknowledging his contributions and impact in his community.

Professionally, Caleb is a brand strategist and marketer for The Chocolate Moose and creates content for Pizza X. His creative approach and keen eye for design have helped these businesses thrive. Caleb also serves as the Digital Content Coordinator for the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department.

Outside of his professional life, Caleb finds joy in his art, spending quality time with his dog Malia, and making music. Additionally, he is an active member of the Bloomington Rotary Club and recently joined the local chapter of the NAACP, furthering his commitment to community involvement and advocacy.
