Nic Steadman, Director of Operations, started his career at Williams Creek over 16 years ago as a Field Technician. Since then, he has held the roles of Crew Foreman, Team Leader, Division Leader, and Director of Installation & Preservation. In Nic’s current role, he is directly involved and responsible for all field operations and resource logistics within our company, including client relations and communication, project estimating and bidding, vendor management, sub-consultant coordination, project schedules and budgets, facility and equipment management, and personnel recruitment and hiring. Through his daily leadership, he delivers the Williams Creek experience to our clients and team members, serving as a critical member of our Executive Leadership Team.
